Customer Requirements
The automatic production line for stamping is designed according to the stamping process and layout of the new plant of the customer, including 1 cover plate production line, 1 sealing plate production line and 1 iron base production line;
32 types of cover plates, 9 types of sealing plates and 5 kinds of iron bases are compatible one corresponding production lines;
Solutions
11 RB15L robots, together with corresponding tongs, the stamping equipment, the fuel injector and the conveying line, form three production lines;
Compatibility is achieved through manual adjustment of tong spacing for different products;

The robot realizes long-term continuous work and reduces labor cost;
